EO: Plaintiffs' Motion for Issuance of Letters of Request ("Motion") seeks an order issuing letters of request pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 28(d)(1). ECF No. 21. The Motion, however, disregards Rule 26(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which provides that "a party may not seek discovery from any source before the parties have conferred as required by Rule 26(f)," except in certain specified circumstances, or by order of the court. Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(d); see also ECF No. 5; LR26.1. The record reflects that Plaintiffs have held a Rule 26(f) conference with Defendants Mike Nolasco and Doe 3, but none of the other defendants.
