MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER Plaintiff's claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for alleged violations of due process and equal protection are DISMISSED for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. [1 3]) is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Michaelson and Hamilton, Michaelson & Hilty, LLP under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1985(2), 1985(3), and 1986. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. 14 ) is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Mallo, McMurtrie, and Yost under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1985(2), 1985(3), and 1986. Plaintiff's remaining state law claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Signed by Judge Candy W Dale.
