It is ordered that the Clerk accept and record MetLife's deposit of the group like insurance benefits in the amount of $36,000, payable under the Citigroup, Inc Group Univ ersal Life Insurance Plan for the Employees of the Employer. It is further ordered that MetLife shall be awarded attorneys' fees and costs in the amount of $3,907. Such amount is to be paid to MetLife from the interpleaded funds deposited w ith the Registry of the Court. It is further ordered that MetLife, Citigroup, Inc, and the Plan are hereby discharged from any further liability in connection with the Plan Benefits plus any applicable interest payable as a consequence of the death o f Penelope Reyes-Wilson. It is further ordered that upon deposit of the Plan Benefits, plus any applicable interest, with the Registry of the Court, MetLife shall be dismissed from this action with prejudice.
