Plaintiff's Motion to Take Judicial Notice (Dkt. 47 ) is DENIED.( Any proposed amended complaints, with accompanying motions, must be filed no later than 60 days after entry of this Order. All discovery shall be completed no later than 90 days after entry of this Order.
