MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER - IT IS ORDERED: 1. Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. 11 ) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. It is granted with respect to the ADA claims, failure to train claims, and as to Officer Cottrell on all claim s.
