NOW THERE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Default Judgment (Dkt. 29 ) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows: Default Judgment is HEREBY ENTERED against the Defendants Kirk R. McGhee and Turnkey Investments, LLC on Counts One, Two, and Six. The Motion is denied on all the remaining counts.
