All of Plaintiff's claims other than (1) Plaintiff's claim, of inadequate medical treatment for gastrointestinal problems, a gainst Dr. Young for the treatment Plaintiff received through 10/20/15, and (2) Plaintiff's claim, of inadequate medical treatment for gastrointestinal problems, against Corizon for the treatment Plaintiff received through 12/22/15 - are DISMISS ED without prejudice.
