Additionally, the supplemental brief or declaration directed to be filed by this Court's order of April 28, 2023, shall also be filed within sixty days after entry of this Order. Counsel shall file a status report with the Court within fifty days after entry of this Order. It has now been nearly three months since the Court first ordered the parties to file a supplemental brief or declaration addressing the effect of the proposed Partial Settlement on the SEC penalty. This is the second time the Court has extended the deadline for filing that supplement. Absent extraordinarily compelling reasons, no further extensions will be granted.
