ORDER It is hereby ORDERED that the Motion (Dkt. #3 ) is GRANTED as follows: A limited waiver of the attorney-client privilege is granted. Defense counsel, Courtney Peterson, shall provide any necessary materials and an affidavit to theGovernment on or before 7/8/19. The Government is ordered to serve a copy of this Order, the 2255 Motion, and any other necessary materials to Courtney Peterson no later than 6/14/19. The Government shall have until on or before 9/30/19 in which to file its response brief. The Petitioner shall file any reply brief on or before 10/21/19. The Change of Plea Hearing is unsealed for the limited purpose of allowing the Government to obtain the necessary materials and respond to the allegations raised in the 2255 Motion.
