INITIAL REVIEW ORDER BY SCREENING JUDGE. Plaintiff's request for appointment of counsel (Dkt. #9 ) is DENIED. Defendant will be allowed to waive service of summons by executing, or having counsel execute, the Waiver of Service of Summons as provided by Fed. R. Civ. ORDER SEVERING MEDICAL TREATMENT CLAIMS INTO NEW ACTION. Plaintiff's Motion to Amend (Dkt. #7 ) is DENIED. This case will proceed only as to Plaintiffs claims against Defendant Stewart. The Clerk of Court is directed to SEVER Plaintiffs medical treatment claims against Defendants Rogers, Worley, and Corizon into a new, separate action. The amended complaint (Dkt. 8) and a copy of this Order will be docketed in the new action, which will be assigned to the undersigned judge.
