IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: The Court construes Paragraphs II.B.2 and II.B.3 of Defendants Answer as a request for the Court to dismiss Plaintiffs complaint under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction and under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(3) for improper venue. Plaintiff shall have until January 21, 2022 to serve on Defendant and file with the Courta response brief of no more than 20 pages in length explaining how he has satisfied this burden. Defendant must serve and file his reply to Plaintiffs response within 21 days after receipt of the response. Defendants reply brief shall not exceed 20 pages in length.
