February 4, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER SEVERING CLAIMS OF PLAINTIFF JOSEPH WILLIAMS INTO A SEPARATE CASE; ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL OF ALL OTHER PLAINTIFFS CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES - The Clerk of Court shall sever the claims of Joseph Williams into a new pro se prisoner case with a new case number and file the Courts Order at Docket 129 and this Order in that case. The Clerk of Court shall provide a copy of the case number and docket sheet to counsel in this matter. Plaintiffs counsel shall provide a copy of the case number and docket sheet to Joseph Williams. Joseph Williams is ordered to file under the new case number an in forma pauperis request or pay the filing fee and to file a notice of appearance (pro se or by new counsel) and a notice of intent to file a complaint within 14 days after he receives notice from counsel that counsels motion to withdraw from representation of him has been granted. Williams complaint shall be filed under the new case number 45 days after receiving copies of the Courts Orders from counsel. If Williams fails to file these documents, his claims will be dismissed.
