DOCKET ENTRY ORDER. Shortly after this case was removed, Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. #4 ). Plaintiff subsequently filed an Amended Complaint (Dkt. #10 ). As the Ninth Circuit has explained, an amended complaint supersedes the original and renders any pending motions to dismiss moot. See Ramirez v. County. of San Bernardino, 806 F.3d 1002, 1008 (9th Cir. 2015); Anderson v. Bank of Am., N.A., 2016 WL 7494304, at *1 (D. Idaho Jan. 13, 2016). Accordingly, Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. #4 ) is Dismissed as Moot.
