July 6, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 31 MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 21 Motion for Summary Judgment. All of Plaintiff's claims against Kootenai County and the Kootenai County Sheriff, Rocky Watson, are dismissed, with prejudice. Defendants John ston and Johnson are granted summary judgment on all of the claims asserted against them in Plaintiff"s Complaint. The only claims remaining are Plaintiff's Fourth Amendment claims against Defendant Sciortino. On or before July 20, 2011, c ounsel for each party shall submit a list of available trial dates for September 2011 through January 2012. Signed by Judge Ronald E Bush.
