ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that: Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Consolidate Actions, Appoint Interim Class Counsel, and Set Schedule (Dkt. 23 ) is GRANTED. The following cases are hereby consolidated (Consolidated Action): Griffiths v. Kootenai Health, Inc., No. 2:24-cv-00205-AKB (D. Idaho); Licha, et al. v. Kootenai Health, Inc., No. 2:24-cv-00378-DCN (D. Idaho); Wade v. Kootenai Health, Inc., No. 2:24-cv-00385-BLW (D. Idaho); Goodwin, et al. v. Kootenai Health, Inc., No. 2:24-cv-00389-BLW (D. Idaho); Capello, et al. v. Kootenai Health, Inc., No. 2:24-cv-00407-DKG (D. Idaho); and Elli v. Kootenai Health, Inc., No. 2:24-cv-411-DCN (D. Idaho). All future filings shall be made only in Case No. 2:24-cv-00205-AKB, which is now the lead case. Plaintiffs in the Consolidated Action shall file an operative Consolidated Class Action Complaint within 30 days of the issuance of this Order. Defendant need not respond to the pending complaints filed in the Related Actions. In light of the foregoing, Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Class Action Complaint Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
