Filing 4 ORDER GRANTING A WAIVER OF THE ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE AND EXTENSION OF TIME - The Governments Motion for Order Granting a Waiver of the Attorney-Client Privilege and Extension of Time filed March 30, 2023, 4:23-cv-091-BLW (ECF No. #3 ) is GRANTED. The attorney-client privilege between Petitioner and attorney Tony Sasser is WAIVED as to each of the attributions of ineffective assistance named in Petitioners Motion.
