DOCKET ENTRY ORDER. Pending before the Court is Defendants' Motion to File Excess Pages. Dkt. #16 . It is not clear Defendants' Response is subject to the District's standard page limitations. It is also not clear whether disputed facts should have been included in a separate document. Thus, while Plaintiff's motion for writ was not very long and would normally not require such extensive opposition, the Court will GRANT the Motion and accept the over-length brief as filed. In the future, however, parties should file motions for excess pages before they actually file the document. This allows the Court to make a formal ruling prior to submission. If Plaintiffs' require more than the standard 10 pages for reply, they may petition the Court and the Court will grant the request. Signed by Judge David C. Nye.
