TEXT ORDER entered by Judge James E. Shadid on 2/23/2021. The pro se Plaintiff filed a complaint on January 15, 2021, but he failed to either pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). On the same day, an order was entered advising Plaintiff he must immediately notify the Court in writing of any change in his address or phone number or his case could be dismissed #2 . On January 20, 2021, Plaintiff was advised if he wished to continue with his litigation, he must either pay the $402 filing fee in full or file an IFP motion. Plaintiff was provided with a copy of the IFP form and given until February 10, 2021, to comply. See January 20, 2021, Text Order. On February 2, 2021, the Court's orders were returned noting Plaintiff was no longer at FCI Pekin. It does not appear Plaintiff received any of the orders entered in this case. A check of the Federal Bureau of Prisons website indicates Plaintiff is now incarcerated at USP Hazelton in Bruceton Mills, WV. See Federal Bureau of Prisons, https://www.bop.gov/inmates. Therefore, the Clerk of the Court is directed to change the address in the docket, send Plaintiff a copy of the docket, and provide him with a blank IFP form. Plaintiff MUST either pay the entire $402 filing fee or file a complete, IFP motion on or before 3/16/2021 or his case will be dismissed. In addition, Plaintiff is reminded it is his responsibility alone to immediately notify the Court in writing of any change in his mailing address and telephone number. Failure to provide any subsequent address changes will result in the dismissal of this lawsuit. Finally, the Clerk is to reset the internal merit review deadline within 30 days of this order.(SAG)

Within 21 days of the entry of this order, Plaintiff must pay the $402 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis with attached trust fund ledgers for the last 6 months. Failure to comply without good cause will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice, and the Plaintiff will still be responsible for payment of the filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1914.
