TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Sue E. Myerscough on 9/9/2021. Plaintiff's motion to reconsider the denial of in forma pauperis status is denied #7 . Plaintiff's trust fund ledgers show that he had over $700.00 in his account in January 2021 and received has received more than $2,500.00 since then. Plaintiff's trust fund ledgers show he has sent that money to others outside the prison or spent the money for commissary or outside purchases. See Willis v. Dart, 2016 WL 7177756 (7th Cir. 2016)(affirming dismissal of action for failure to show cause why full filing fee should not be paid where inmate drained $900 in account before filing case). The deadline for paying the full filing fee of $402.00 is extended to October 29, 2021.(SAG)
