TEXT ORDER Entered by Chief Judge Sara Darrow on 9/16/2021. Plaintiff failed to update his address as directed by the Courts August 30, 2021 Text Order. Mail sent to Peoria County Jail was returned and online records from the Illinois Department of Corrections indicates no records under Plaintiff's name or inmate number. This case is accordingly dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Courts orders. Plaintiff's petition to proceed in forma pauperis and any other pending motion is denied as moot. Plaintiff remains responsible for the $402.00 filing fee. This case is closed.(KB)
