TEXT ONLY ORDER: On 02/28/2024, the Court ordered Plaintiff "to promptly file redacted copies of the Complaint, Application to Proceed Without Prepaying Fees or Costs, and the Motion to Request Counsel that contain only the minor's initials," and reminded Plaintiff that she must comply with Fed.
