TEXT ORDER: On 7/18/2025, the Court sua sponte extended the Plaintiff's deadline to file an amended complaint consistent with the 6/23/2025 Order dismissing his case as frivolous by 7/25/2025. The Plaintiff was further warned that failure to so amend would result in dismissal of this case. The Plaintiff has now twice failed to comply with the Court's deadlines to file an amended complaint. He has filed nothing in this case since 6/2/2025. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment and close this case.
