TEXT ORDER entered by Chief Judge Sara Darrow on 2/1/2023. Plaintiff sent a document to the Court that appears to seek criminal charges for violations of federal law. See #1 . The Court has opened this case for purposes of seeking clarification from Plaintiff and has filed the document Plaintiff sent under seal as a complaint. The Court does not initiate criminal charges, and, if Plaintiff believes a crime has been committed, he should contact the appropriate law enforcement agency.
