MERIT REVIEW OPINION: This case proceeds solely on the claims identified in paragraph one of this Opinion. Defendant Williams is dismissed. Plaintiff's motion for counsel (d/e 2 ) is denied with leave to renew after he demonstrates reasonabl e efforts to find an attorney on his own. Plaintiff's motion for subpoenas is denied as premature (d/e 3 ).
