TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 1/17/2020. Plaintiff's motion for documents #20 is GRANTED, in part, and DENIED, in part. Plaintiff's request for a copy of the docket sheet in this case is GRANTED, and the Clerk of he Court is directed to send a copy of the docket sheet in this case to Plaintiff. In all other respects, Plaintiff's motion is denied. It is Plaintiff's responsibility to keep a copy of any pleading, motion, or document that he files with the Court. If he wants the Court to make copies for him and to return those copies to him, he must pay ten cents ($0.10) per page for the document(s) that he wants copied. Until he provides such payment, the Court will not copy and send the copies that he wants. As for discovery forms, the Court informs Plaintiff that it does not possess any such forms and directs Plaintiff's attention to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 30-36 for assistance. In addition, Local Rule 45.1 prohibits this Court from sending blank subpoena forms to a pro se litigant, and therefore, that request is denied. Finally, the Court does not possess a list of cases with claims similar to those asserted by Plaintiff, the Court will not search its records to find such cases, and the Court will not make copies of any such cases for the reason given above.
