Before the Court is Plaintiff's motion #41 requesting leave to file an amended complaint adding an additional claim of retaliatory discrimination in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Also before the Court is Plaintiff's request to take the depositions of two individuals, Bryce Dalziel and Sophie Park, which Defendants oppose. [See 44.] For the reasons stated below, Plaintiff's motion #41 is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiff's request to take additional depositions is granted as to Ms. Park and denied as to Mr. Dalziel. Counsel shall also meet and confer on the issue of reopening the depositions of witnesses Kevin Lee and Ha Rim Choi.
