ORDER: Before the Court are Plaintiff Anthony Nash's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 , motion for attorney representation #5 , and complaint for initial review. For the reasons stated below, the Court grants Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 . However, summons shall not issue at this time. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff is given until November 14, 2018 to file an amended complaint.
