Summonses, however, shall not issue at this time. The Court, on reconsideration of Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation, requests that Alison Jameen Baldwin, McDonnell, Boehnen, Hulbert & Berghoff, Ltd., 300 South Wacker Drive, 32nd Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60606, tel.: (312) 913-0001, represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's Trial Bar obligations under the District Courts Local Rule 83.37. May 15, 2019 Filing 9 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Edmond E. Chang: Plaintiff's request #8 for additional time to obtain the trust fund statements for the in forma pauperis application is granted. But the Court will not obtain copies of Plaintiff's trust fund statements for him. Plaintiff also is reminded that he must submit trust fund statements showing activity in his accounts from 09/18/2018 to 03/18/2019, along with a renewed, certified, and properly completed application if he wants the Court to reconsider whether he may proceed without prepaying the filing fee. By 06/12/2019, Plaintiff must either (1) submit a properly completed application that is certified by a trust fund officer and that includes a copy of Plaintiff's trust fund statements showing all transactions in his accounts for the entire six-month period immediately before the filing of the complaint; or (2) pay the full statutory filing fee of $400.00. Failure to comply with this order will result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff's request that this Court reconsider its denial of counsel is denied without prejudice; there still is no reason, yet, to recruit counsel at this early stage of the case and when the filing-fee status must be determined. To track the case only (no appearance is required), the status hearing of 05/24/2019 is reset 06/21/2019 at 8:30 a.m. Mailed notice (slb, )
