ORDER: In this action, Petitioner may proceed only with his claim of revocation of good conduct credit. That claim is dismissed without prejudice for failure to exhaust. Petitioner's claim regarding his placement into the segregation and loss of privileges must be raised before the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Petitioner's motions for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and #3 attorney representation #4 are stricken. The Clerk shall file documents number #5 #6 and #7 in Nichols v. Kennedy, No. 19 C 1231 (N.D. Ill.) (Kennelly, J.) Any other pending motions are moot. The Clerk is instructed to: (1) enter judgment dismissing the petition without prejudice; (2) update the docket to reflect that Respondent Teri Kennedy is the Warden, Pontiac Correctional Center; and (3) terminate Respondents Director Department of Corrections, People of the State of Illinois, and Attorney General of the State of Illinois.
