Filing 6 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed without prepaying the filing fee #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $19.79 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order (electronically if possible) to the trust fund supervisor at Plaintiff's current place of incarceration and the Court's Fiscal Department. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff is granted until May 1, 2020, to submit an amended complaint and a completed USM-285 (Marshals service) form for each Defendant named in the amended complaint. If he fails to comply, the Court will dismiss this case for failure to state a claim, and assess Plaintiff a strike under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Plaintiff is advised that he must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if he is released or transferred to another facility. If he does not keep the Clerk apprised of his correct address, this case may be subject to dismissal. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff an amended civil rights complaint form and instructions, a blank USM-285 form, and a copy of this order.
