Filing 10 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Thomas M. Durkin:Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed without prejudice for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff alleges "wrongful death" and a "cover up," but does not make any allegations about how any of the Defendants might be responsible for the decedent's death or what was covered up or by whom. Plaintiff has the opportunity to file an amended complaint that fixes these problems and more fully explains Plaintiff's claim. If Plaintiff wants to file an amended complaint she must do so by 3/20/2020. If Plaintiff does not file an amended complaint by 3/20/2020, her case will be dismissed with prejudice, meaning she will be prohibited from trying to bring the case again in the future. If Plaintiff files an amended complaint, she will also need to refile her motion for attorney representation and her application to proceed in forma pauperis. If Plaintiff refiles those documents, she should indicate whether she has any mortgage on her house. Mailed notice (srn, ) |
