ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff Neal Bowens's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 without prejudice. The Clerk is directed to: (1) dismiss and terminate Plaintiff Eddie Jackson, without prejudice to Jackson filing a separate lawsuit, subject to the filing fee requirement set forth in the Prison Litigation Reform Act; (2) amend the docket to reflect that Neal Bowens is the sole Plaintiff; (3) send a copy of this order to Neal Bowens and (if the Clerk of Court has sufficient information to do so) Eddie Jackson at their addresses of record; and (4) turn off future notices to Eddie Jackson. If Plaintiff Neal Bowens wants to proceed, he must either (1) submit a renewed and complete application that complies with the below instructions or (2) pay the full filing fee of $400.00. Failure to comply with this order by September 21, 2020 will result in summary dismissal of this action. Bowens also must promptly submit a written change-of address notification if he is released or transferred to another facility, or this case may be dismissed for want of prosecution. Bowens's motion for attorney representation #4 , which reflects that he has not made an effort to retain counsel, is denied without prejudice. Bowens should write to attorneys or legal organizations to describe his intended claims and seek legal representation free of charge; his pleadings indicate that he is capable of representing himself for now. The Clerk is directed to send Bowens a blank in forma pauperis application and a copy of this order. Signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 8/24/2020. Mailed notice (pj, )
