ORDER: Petitioner Clarence Lewis has filed a 28 U.S.C. 2254 petition challenging his 2012 Cook County murder conviction. He has not, however, paid the $5.00 filing fee or submitted an in forma pauperis (IFP) application demonstrating he cannot pay. To proceed with this case, by November 16, 2020, Petitioner must either pay the filing fee by check or money order made payable to Clerk, United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, or submit a completed IFP application.
