ORDER Signed by the Honorable Franklin U. Valderrama on 11/9/2020: Plaintiff Terrence T. Williams, now a detainee at the Will County Adult Detention Facility ("WCADF") is litigating pro se three lawsuits related to his prior and current stints at the facility. Plaintiff has filed motions in these three cases seeking "correspondence assistance" and a preliminary injunction. ORDER Plaintiff initiated this lawsuit without pre-paying the $400.00 filing fee or submitting an in forma pauperis application. If Plaintiff wants to pursue this lawsuit, he must, by November 23, 2020 either (1) pre-pay the $400.00 filing fee, or (2) seek leave to pay the filing fee in installments by submitting a properly completed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Failure to do so will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a blank application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (prisoner version), along with a copy of this order. Plaintiff's motion for a copy of the complaint in this case #4 is granted as a one-time courtesy. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a copy of both parts of his complaint [1, 3] along with a copy of this order. Any future request for copies should be made to the Clerk's Office, Attn: Certified Copy Desk, and applicable fees will be assessed. The Court defers screening of Plaintiff's complaint [1, 3] until his filing fee status is resolved. The Clerk also is directed to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the Will County Adult Detention Facility so that the fees detailed in this order can be collected.
