As it stands, the complaint contains unnecessary verbiage and is not in compliance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a)(2), which provides that a complaint shall contain "a short and plain statement of the claim showing that the pleader is entitled to relief." Plaintiff is directed to file an amended complaint, which complies with Rule 8, no later than May 12, 2021.
