Because judgment has been entered in this case, the Court construes Plaintiff's emergency motion to reconsider #7 as a motion to alter or amend the judgment under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e). Under that rule, a motion to alter or amend a judgment 'must be filed no later than 28 days after the entry of judgment." Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e). Here, Plaintiff's motion was filed more than 28 days after the Court entered final judgment. Accordingly, in addition to being meritless, Plaintiff's motion is denied as untimely.
