Filing 10 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Gary Feinerman:The status hearing set for 5/20/2022 #8 is stricken and re-set for 7/15/2022 at 9:15 a.m. Plaintiff has filed an amended complaint #9 . Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B), Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Pritzker, Cawley, Johnson, Buch, and Oshea are dismissed without prejudice because the complaint does not make any specific allegations against them, Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Village of Hoffman Estates is dismissed without prejudice because the complaint does not sufficiently plead a Monell claim against it, and Plaintiff's claims against Hoffman Estates Police Department are dismissed because it is not a suable entity. The Clerk is directed to terminate those defendants as party defendants, and to make Defendant D. Peon the lead defendant in the case caption. If he can do so consistent with Civil Rule 11, Plaintiff may file a second amended complaint repleading his claims against those defendants. The Clerk is directed to issue summons for service on Defendants D. Peon, Matthew Szluka, and Nicholas Boulahanis. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a copy of this order and three USM-285 forms. Plaintiff has until 6/22/2022 to complete those forms (one for each remaining defendant) and return them to the Clerk. Failure to comply will result in the dismissal of this lawsuit. The Clerk shall forward the completed USM-285 forms to the Marshals Service, which is appointed to serve summonses and the complaint on the three remaining defendants.
