Filing 1 COPY OF ORDER 35 dated 3/14/2023 in case 19cv6639: On February 7, 2023, Jerome E. Watson, Jr. submitted a complaint for review by the Executive Committee. (See In Re: Jerome E. Watson, Jr., 19-cv-06639, entry 34). Mr. Watson is enjoined from filing any new civil actions without first obtaining leave, with the exceptions noted in paragraph 7 of the October 11, 2019 Order. The Executive Committee reviewed this submission during its March meeting and therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that leave is granted to Mr. Watson to file entry 34 as a new case. The Clerk of Court shall open a new civil case entitled Jerome E. Watson, Jr. vs. Beyers, et al. Document 34 shall be filed in the new case, using the original filed date that the submission was received to the Executive Committee. The Clerk of Court shall also file a copy of this order in the new civil case. The assigned judge shall oversee this matter, as the Executive Committee does not opine on the merits of the case. The order entered on October 11, 2019 is continued. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall cause a copy of this order to be mailed to Mr. Jerome E. Watson, Jr., 11545 S. Peoria Ave, Chicago, IL 60643, the address provided in the most recent submission. The Clerk shall update the dockets of all open cases of Mr. Watson's to reflect this new address. Such mailing shall be by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested. (lw, ) |
