Filing 6 ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiff's applications for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 #5 . The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $18.06 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee in this case. As discussed below, the Court also orders Plaintiff to pay (and the facility having custody of her to automatically collect and remit) to the Clerk of Court, 40% of any and all deposits to Plaintiff's account until her filing fees have been paid in full. The Clerk of Court is directed to send (electronically, if possible) a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's present place of incarceration and to this court's fiscal department. Summonses, however, shall not issue at this time. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff must submit an amended complaint limited to properly joined claims and defendants. Failure to submit an amended complaint by July 31, 2023, may result in dismissal of this lawsuit. Plaintiff also is advised that she must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if she is transferred to another facility or released. If she fails to keep the Court informed of her address, this action will be subject to dismissal with no further notice. The Court defers ruling on Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff an amended complaint form and instructions along with a copy of this order. Signed by the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman on 6/9/2023. Mailed notice.
