Filing 7 ORDER: By order dated June 16, 2023 #4 , the Court ordered Plaintiff to: (1) pay the full filing fee or submit a properly supported in forma pauperis application; (2) submit an amended complaint on the Court's form; and (3) submit a memorandum listing all of the facilities where he has been in custody during his lifetime and any aliases he has ever used. The Court also warned Plaintiff that if he did not comply with all three directives by July 7, 2023, this case would be summarily dismissed. The Clerk's Office received $403 to apply to the filing fee, as well as a letter from Plaintiff confirming that he paid #6 . The Clerk is directed to refund $1 to Plaintiff as the filing fee is $402. He is also reminded that the June 16, 2023 order required him to do more than simply resolve his fee status. The Court, on its own motion, extends the date to comply with all of the directives in the June 16, 2023 order. Plaintiff must submit: (1) an amended complaint on the Court's form; and (2) a memorandum listing all of the facilities where he has been in custody during his lifetime and any aliases he has ever used. If he fails to comply by August 4, 2023, this case will be summarily dismissed. The Clerk is directed to: (1) send Plaintiff a copy of this order and another form complaint for persons in custody with instructions; and (2) send a copy of this order to the Court's Fiscal Department.
