| Filing 11 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Lindsay C. Jenkins: Plaintiff's motions to proceed in forma pauperis #9 , #10 are granted. No partial filing fee will be assessed at this time, but Plaintiff must pay the full $405 fee in monthly installments in accordance with this Order. The Court directs the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this Order (electronically, if possible) to the trust fund officer at the Lake County Jail, and to the Court's Fiscal Department. The Court has screened the Complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A. Count I, Count II (to the extent is claims false arrest) and Count III are dismissed with prejudice. Count II's wrongful detention claim may proceed against Defendants Magiera and Howard only. All Defendants besides Magier and Howard are to be terminated. The Clerk is instructed to (1) issue summonses for service of the complaint for Defendants Magiera and Howard; and (2) send Dampier two blank USM-285 service forms. By May 30, 2024, Dampier shall return the completed USM-285 forms to the Clerk's Office, which is required for service. The U.S. Marshal is appointed to serve the Defendants, but the U.S. Marshal will not attempt service on any Defendant unless and until the required forms are received. The Court directs the Marshal to make all reasonable efforts to serve the Defendants. Dampier's failure to comply will result in the dismissal of this lawsuit for want of prosecution.
