Filing 7 APPLICATION by Plaintiff Gordon C. Reid for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Attachments: #1 Envelope)(pg, ) |
Filing 6 ORDER signed by the Honorable Philip G. Reinhard on 8/25/2020: Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff's "motion for order directing prison to produce detailed expenditures during last 6 months" #4 is denied. Plaintiff is directed to either (1) submit a renewed application that is certified by a trust fund officer and that includes a copy of plaintiff's prison trust fund statement showing activity in his account for the six months immediately preceding his filing of his complaint; or (2) pay the full statutory filing fee of $400.00. Failure to comply with this order by September 23, 2020 will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Clerk of Court is directed to send plaintiff a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis and a copy of this order. Plaintiff is advised that he must promptly submit a change-of address notification if he is released or transferred to another facility, and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this case for failure to comply with a court order and for want of prosecution. The Clerk of Court is instructed to mail a copy of this order to the trust fund office at USP Big Sandy; the court certifies that plaintiff has pending litigation in this district for which a deadline has been imposed.
