ORDER with Statement; Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to immediately deduct $20.00 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the $350 filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. Summonses will not issue. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must submit an amended complaint that complies with this order by August 16, 2021, or the Court will summarily dismiss this lawsuit. The Clerk of Court shall send this order, electronically if possible, to: (1) the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's current place of incarceration; (2) the Court's Fiscal Department; and (3) Plaintiff, along with a civil rights amended complaint form and instructions.
