ORDER; The Court grants Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $40.54 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. He must carefully consider the information about his obligation to save, as detailed in the "Statement" section of this order. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order (electronically if possible) to the trust fund officer at the Dixon Correctional Center and the Court's fiscal department. The Court grants Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 and requests that Daniel Albers, Barnes & Thornburg LLP, One North Wacker Drive, Suite 4400, Chicago, Illinois 60606 (dalbers@btlaw.com), assist Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under the District Court's Local Rule 83.37 (N.D. Ill.).1 The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to: (1) recruited counsel; (2) Plaintiff; (3) the PACER Service Center at http://www.pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/register.html; and (4) the Systems Department of the Northern District of Illinois.
