Filing 4 ORDER: The court takes plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 under consideration. If plaintiff wants to proceed further, he must (1) explain in writing and under oath why he believes he should be allowed to proceed in forma pauperis, identifying in particular the reason for the $400.00 withdrawal from his trust fund account in April 2022; and (2) submit a certified account statement showing all transactions in all of his prison accountsincluding but not limited to his trust fund, deposit, TruFone, and TruLinc accountsfrom January 12, 2022, to the date he responds to this order. Alternatively, he may pay the court's $402.00 filing fee. Payment may be made by check or money order payable to Clerk, United States District Court. Failure to fully comply with this order by September 20, 2022, will result in summary dismissal of this case.
