ORDER to Show Cause: Petitioner's allegations in this habeas corpus case are limited to his claims that the Bureau of Prisons: (1) is wrongfully denying him credit towards his sentence earned under the First Step Act of 2018, and (2) intends to hold him beyond his release date under an immigration detainer. Petitioner's remaining claims are dismissed without prejudice. Petitioner shall show cause by December 28, 2023, why this case should not be dismissed for failure to exhaust his prison grievance process. Failure to respond to this show cause order by that date will result in the Court considering the exhaustion issue without the benefit of his response. The Clerk is instructed to: (1) terminate Respondent Maldonado; (2) add Petitioner's current custodian, Thomas E.
