On February 1, 2021, Plaintiff Michael Drake filed this putative class action in the Circuit Court of the Third Judicial Circuit, Madison County, Illinois. Defendant was served on February 12, 2021, and timely removed the action to this Court on March 12, 2021. Now before the Court is Defendant's third motion for extension of time to file an answer to Plaintiff's complaint to which Plaintiff does not object. For good cause shown, the deadline for Defendant to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's complaint is extended through May 24, 2021.
