ORDER: Upon review of Plaintiff's Motion for TRO/Preliminary Injunction (Doc. #1 ), it is apparent that Plaintiff intended to file the motion in his previously filed case, Morris v. Barwick, et al., No. 24-cv-01649-SMY, in which he seeks the identical relief requested in the motion. Plaintiff attempted to reference this case in his motion (Doc. #1 , pp. 11-12), but neglected to put the case number in the caption. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to file the Motion for TRO/Preliminary Injunction (Doc. #1 ) as well as the motion for IFP (Doc. #2 ) and Motion for recruitment of counsel (Doc. #3 ) in Case Number 24-cv-01649-SMY, to terminate the motions in this case, and to administratively CLOSE the instant case as duplicative. No filing fee is due for this duplicate case. Plaintiff is ADVISED that he must include the appropriate case number IN THE CAPTION of all future motions and pleadings to ensure proper filing.
