January 6, 2009 Opinion or Order Filing 59 ENTRY granting Defendant's 42 Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff did not respond to COAFs motion with respect to her gender discrimination claims, and thus, the court finds Plaintiff waived any argument with respect to those claims. In addition, Plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case of retaliation under either the direct or indirect method of proof. Accordingly, Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment 42 is GRANTED.
