The Court declines to pierce the corporate veil and hold Hall personally liable for ICOEs conduct. Plaintiff's, PNC Bank , National Association, deception-based Indiana Crime Victims Relief Act claim is DISMISSED. Summary Judgment is GRANTED in Defendants' favor as to Plaintiff's other claims under the Indiana Crime Victim's Relief Act. Summary Judgment is DENIED as to Plaintiff's conversion claim. Accordingly, PNCs claims against Thermo Credit in this case are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
